Position Wanted:Chief Designer of high-power wind turbines as the "Two Rivers Scholar" of Chongqing City Requirements:
1. Observing the Chinese Lows with high professional morality; 2. Profound academic attainments, normally with PHD degree or senior engineer title; widely recognized in the wind power field at home and abroad; rich experiences in windpower equipment design and manufacturing; 3. Strong managing capability; innovative and forward thinking; 4. Healthy, normally not above 55 years old; able to be engaged in the fundamental research and technical innovation; 5. At least 9 months working at the position every year. Responsibilities:
1. Analysing the direction of wind power development; providing strategic, prospective and innovative thoughts on research; making developing plans for the company in middle and long term period; 2. Undertaking national-level technical research projects and tasks; carrying out key theories and subjects study; promoting international technical communication; leading to build the company's technological capability up to world advanced level; 3. Providing consulting service for the Chongqing governmental key projects; 4. Managing the technical team of the company and training personnel. Benefits & Policies:

Job description
1. Technology director or chief designer should have more than 8 years independent design experience of 3.0MW or bigger wind turbine for onshore or offshore use, whose designs should have been applied in serial production or prototype (at least) and proved to be in good performance;
2. Project manager should have more than 6 years project managing experience of independent overall wind turbine design;
3. Persons on both positions should have good understandings of overall wind turbine design process, existing wind turbines technical features and the developing orientation of big offshore wind turbine technologies, such as 5.0MW; should have the ability to guide the professional engineers work and predict and control the technical risks;
4. Familiar with key suppliers of wind turbine equipments and components; ability to integrate global resources of wind turbine parts reasonably and efficiently, to facilitate the prototype manufacturing and serial production;
5. Familiar with relevant software, method of calculation, patents, international standards of wind turbine and GL guidelines;
6. Excellent ability of leading, managing and communicating with experience of the similar positions; excellent English language ability.

Job description
1. More than 5 years independent design experience of wind turbine; excellent English language ability;
2. Good understandings of wind energy industry and familiar with the overall technologies of wind turbine;
3. Good networks with wind turbine components suppliers; familiar with relevant technical specifications and able to make specifications;
4. Excellent capability of using relevant software and method of calculation;
5. Familiar with safety control system of wind turbine and control schemes;
6. Good knowledge of standards and guidelines for wind energy industry;
7. Familiar with certification documents preparation;
8. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
You will work for: R&D Centre of CSIC HZ in Europe
Location: the Netherlands, Denmark or other European cities and Chongqing, China
Working time: 5 days a week and 8 hours a day
