Feb 24, 2010, the "Establishment Ceremony for the National Offshore Windpower R&D Center and Kick-off Meeting for 5MW Offshore WECS Development" was held in Beijing.
On the ceremony, Mr. Yu Shaoqing, General Manager of HZ Windpower, and Mr. Tang Wenbing, Assistant General Manager of HZ Windpower, respectively introduced the strategic plan for the National Offshore Windpower R&D Center as well as for the 5MW offshore WECS development. The leaders of CSIC Group expressed their high expectations on HZ Windpower and at the same time pointed out requirements on its further development.
